What are your postage charges? |
Will be subject to an additional surcharge, calculated according to purchase volume and destination.

What are the delivery times? |
On receipt of your delivery you will be asked to sign for your goods. Therefore any delivery addresses provided must always be occupied (unless we have agreed to deliver to a specific delivery agent e.g. post office).
For orders received, delivery is usually: 25-35 days after deposit confirmed. |

Can I pay by cheque or by bank transfer? |
We normally accept payment by bank transfer. At the end of the order you can place your order on Proforma. This will allow you to send make a bank transfer. |

How can I make a bank transfer |
Goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment or (if we agree) on receipt of a faxed copy of confirmation of the transfer of funds from your bank. Please quote your account number on the transfer so we can identify the payment. Our bank details for the transfer of funds are as follows:

What is your returns policy |
· Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase (there is no need to telephone us).
· For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings or body jewellery.
· We do not send out replacements. We will send you a credit note within 2-3 weeks on receipt of your return of goods which we agree are defective through faulty workmanship.
· We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.
· Returns are sent at your own expense.
· Please note - imitation jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured.

Do you allow copying of the images on your website? |
We can allow you to use images of our products but you are not allowed to use any images containing models (persons). Please see our full Terms & Conditions. |

Can I buy goods for my personal use? |
No! We insist that you must buy for the purpose of resale. We do not sell for personal use.
Our minimum order is 600 pcs.

Is your jewellery nickel free? |
All our products comply with the nickel directive. We in house batch test every line that has metal parts that could come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin. In addition we seek 3rd party verification of our testing.

Can you guarantee stock? |
Our stock is highly fashionable. We produce three catalogues each year. We turnover our stock very quickly. Lines will sell out quickly. This is an inevitable part of our business.
